Everyone in the Bollywood industry has an idea about Salman Khan. He often lost his temper when he got angry. So the colleagues thought twice to talk to him. But this time his neighbour got angry with Salman.
Salman Khan files a defamation suit against his Panvel Farmhouse neighbour Ketan Kakker. Ketan owns a plot of land near Salman's Panvel Farm House. The neighbour allegedly made defamatory remarks against his neighbour Salman in an interview given to a YouTube channel. After that Salman got angry with him. After that, the Bollywood Khan thinks that his neighbour has done such a thing to tarnish his image socially.
Meanwhile, Justice Anil H. Ladhad has given Kakker till January 21 to file his reply. The next hearing of the case will be held on the same day. Besides, DSK Legal Firm is taking care of Salman's legal activities. On its behalf, a petition was filed in the court that Kakkar should not say anything defamatory about Salman. They appealed to the court to impose a ban on the matter now. But Ketan's lawyers Ava Singh and Aditya Pratap said, "They have opposed the petition. His client may know the whole matter just one day before the hearing of the case, so they want more time to understand the whole matter."
It is to be noted that the copy of Salman's complaint contains the names of two other persons besides Ketan, who also took part in the show. Social media platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and search engines like Google have also been included in the complaint. Salman Khan wants Ketan Kakkar to refrain from making any abusive or defamatory remarks about the actor or his farm house.
