New Zealand all out

After losing five wickets for 55 runs, New Zealand were all out with a lead of 8 runs due to the stormy batting of Glenn Phillips.

New Zealand scored 180 runs in 37.1 overs in the first innings. Glenn Phillips scored 87 off 72 balls. He hit nine fours and three sixes. Besides, Darrell Mitchell scored 18 runs and Kyle Jaminson scored 20 runs.

New Zealand will be pleased to reach 180 all out, leading by eight runs, after resuming proceedings from a precarious 55 for five.

Shoriful Islam was the one to dismiss Phillips, caught-behind to wicket-keeper Nurul Hasan Sohan. The left-arm pacer earlier struck to break a 55-run stand between Phillips and Kyle Jamieson.
