Three bodies have been recovered in separate incidents in the capital.

The deceased were Mitu Rani Das, 28, of South Mugdapara, Ataur Rahman, 38, of Meradia in Khilgaon, and Ayesha Begum, 25, of Sabujbagh Ahmedabagh.

The three seperate incidents took place between 4:00am and 11:00am on Wednesday (November 29). The bodies were sent to the Dhaka Medical College morgue for postmortem.

Mitu Rani Das was the daughter if Narayan Chandra Das of village Nazirpara under Sadar upazila in Chandpur district. She lived at the third floor of Noorjahan Villa in South Mugdapara.

Mugda Police Station‍‍`s sub-inspector Sheikh Enamul Karim said Mitu Rani‍‍`s husband Sanjit Chandra Das is Kuwait expatriate. Mitu used to live with her only daughter and mother-in-law in that house. At about 7:30am, her mother-in-law took her daughter to school. Then returning at about 8:00am, she found the door of the room closed from inside. Calling Mitu repeatedly, she didn‍‍`t receive any response and then informed the police.

Receiving information, police went to the house and found Mitu was hanging with ceiling fan inside the room. Though it was assumed as a suicide, SI Enamul Karim said they were yet to know anything else about the reasons behind death.

On the other hand, Ataur‍‍`s body was recovered from a house at Bhuiyapara in Meradia of Khilgaon. He hailed from village Bakulbari under Golachipa upazila in Patuakhali district. Ataur, son of Sobhan Molla, was a pick-up van driver by profession.

Beside, the bidy of Ayesha Begum was recovered from a house at Sabujbagh Ahmedabagh. Son of Billal Hossain, the deceased hailed from village Howlader Bari under Bakerganj upazila in Barishal district.
